Cancellation Policy

If at any time, any part of our services are no longer acceptable to you, you should immediately terminate your use of this Service. Should you decide to terminate use of the service, TradersArmy is not obligated to refund any portion of fees paid or to forgive any fees that remain payable, but it may consider requests for a refund or forgiveness of fees, as applicable, in its sole and absolute discretion. This does not apply to live training courses. The refund policy for Live Online and/or Live On-Site Training Courses can be found below.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless canceled beforehand. Monthly plans renew for 30-day periods. Annual plans renew for one-year periods.

How do I cancel?

You can easily cancel your monthly website subscription online by clicking HERE and filling out a support ticket or simply send us an email at support@tradersarmy.com with your cancellation request at any time. You will still be able to use TradersArmy’s PRO Member Services for the rest of the billed period.

Refund Policy

TradersArmy does not offer refunds for monthly or annual website subscriptions.  You can cancel your subscription anytime, and you will still have access to our services for the remainder of the paid period. Any questions regarding our refund policy should be directed to support@TradersArmy.com.

Your information is secure

We use both Stripe and PayPal payment system with maximum encryption so that your credit card and personal information are safe and secure. Payments will appear on your credit card statement as either Stripe or PayPal (depending on which method you chose to checkout with) *TradersArmy, LLC.

Cancel and you won’t be charged again

Once you cancel you won’t be charged again, but you are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period. For example, if you sign up on the 20th of the month that means your billing cycle is on the 20th of every month. If you cancel your account on the 24th, you’ll still have to pay for the current month, but you won’t be charged again after that.

For any cancellation, reschedule and refund requests of Live Online Training, Live On-Site Training and/or Live Online 1-on -1 mentoring sessions, the following terms apply…

1-on-1 mentoring Cancellation, Reschedule and Refund Policy

No refunds will be given for any of your “used or unused” hours in your 1-on-1 mentoring bank.

Live Online Training Courses Cancellation, Reschedule and Refund Policy

No refunds will be given for any of your “attended” Live Online classes, whether attend Live in person or simply watched the archived version of the live class, either will be considered “attended” by TradersArmy.  However, If you have paid for and not attended any training sessions and you’d like a refund, we’d be happy to refund the amount paid for the unused training within 1 year from the date of purchase.

Live On-Site Training Courses Cancellation, Reschedule and Refund Policy

Live training courses, including live online training courses, (collectively “Training Course” or “Training Courses”) may be canceled by you, the client, at any time fifteen (15) or more calendar days before the scheduled class for a refund.

Training Courses canceled by you, the client, less than fifteen (15) calendar days before a scheduled class are not refundable, and subject to payment of the complete course fee. Failure to arrive at a scheduled training course is considered to be a cancellation of the course by you. This fee may be waived if a request is made in writing to reschedule or cancel prior to the start of the course.

You may reschedule Training Courses as long as the request to reschedule is received at least fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the class date. Requests to reschedule courses within fifteen (15) calendar days of a class date may be subject to a $150 rescheduling fee for Live On-site training and a $50 rescheduling fee for Live Online training.

**TradersArmy reserves the right to reschedule classes due to low enrollment. Such decisions will be made no later than 7 calendar days prior to the start of the class.

In the event that any portion of your LIVE Online, LIVE On-Site or 1-on-1 mentoring has not been used within 6 months from purchase date, a recorded, OnDemand version of the class/content will be delivered and the class will be considered fulfilled by TradersArmy.  However, this fulfillment status does not limit the ability to schedule and attend the LIVE Online, LIVE On Demand or 1-on-1 mentoring sessions originally purchased at any time after the 6 months.
