We use the Stripe™ payment system with maximum encryption so that your credit card and personal information are safe and secure. Payments will appear on your credit card statement as Stripe™ / TradersArmy, LLC.
Trader Summit Cancellation, Reschedule and Refund Policy:
Your attendance to the Trader Summit may be canceled by you, the client, at any time before April 15th, 2022 for a full refund of your entry ticket. TradersArmy will not be responsible for your Airfare, Hotel, Car Service if you need such services. TradersArmy will be providing meals and snacks while at the event, but is not responsible for any dining or entertainment costs outside of the event..
Any request to cancel by you, the client, after April 15th, 2022 will result in a non-refundable ticket, and subject to payment of the complete summit fee. Failure to arrive at summit for any reason does not warrant a refund of any kind.
If COVID protocol insists that we can no longer hold the event due to an environment deemed unsafe by the Federal Government, Venue, City, County or State of California, then the event will be cancelled and tickets will be refunded. Or, if you choose to keep your ticket, you can use it for the rescheduled Summit (Dates TBD if that happens).
We will be observing and following COVID protocol as deemed by the venue, which can change at anytime. If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask, please do so. Unless required by the venue, you will not be obligated to wear a mask, provide proof of vaccination or negative COVID test upon entry or at anytime during the event.
We will be providing drink tickets that can be used at the evening reception on May 16th. If you choose to consume any alcoholic beverages, please enjoy responsibly, as TradersArmy, LLC members, nor any of its affiliates, officers, employees, associates, sponsors or any presenters at the summit will be responsible for your actions or safety while at the venue, and once you leave the venue.
